By submitting a booking form or signing a rental agreement, you agree to all terms below.

The Short Version
We deliver clean totes to your door. You use them for up to 2 weeks, then we pick everything up. The rental fee is non-refundable once delivered. You're responsible for the totes while you have them — $25/tote replacement fee for damaged, lost, or unreturned totes, charged to your card on file. Extensions are available by the week. 1. Rental Period & Fees

Standard Rental Period
The standard rental period is fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. The rental fee covers the full 14-day period regardless of early return.

Non-Refundable Fee
The rental fee is non-refundable once totes have been delivered to the customer's address. Early returns are welcome at no additional charge, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the rental period.

Weekly Extensions
Customer may extend the rental on a weekly basis by contacting Totes on the Move before the scheduled pickup date. Extension fees are based on total totes in possession, rounded up to the nearest package tier.

Pre-Paid Extensions
Customer may pre-pay extensions at the time of booking at a 10% discount off the standard weekly extension rate. Pre-paid extensions are non-refundable.

Additional Totes After Delivery
If additional totes are needed after delivery, a flat $25.00 delivery fee plus $4.00 per additional tote will be charged. Minimum add-on is 10 totes. Additional totes must be returned on the original pickup date. Customers are strongly encouraged to upgrade their package before delivery rather than request a second delivery, as upgrades are almost always a better value.
2. Tote Care & Customer Responsibility

Reasonable Use
Customer agrees to use the totes in a reasonable manner consistent with their intended purpose — packing and moving household or office items. Normal wear including minor scuffs, surface marks, and minor lid wear is expected and will not be charged.

Customer Responsibility
Customer is responsible for all totes and equipment from the time of delivery until pickup by Totes on the Move.

Damage
Totes damaged beyond reasonable use will incur a replacement fee of $25.00 per tote, charged to the credit card on file.

Lost or Stolen Totes
Customer is responsible for all totes during the rental period. Lost or stolen totes will incur a replacement fee of $25.00 per tote, charged to the credit card on file.

Unreturned Totes
If totes are not made available for pickup after three (3) contact attempts and seven (7) days past the scheduled or extended pickup date, a replacement fee of $25.00 per unreturned tote will be charged to the credit card on file.

Sanitation & Cleanliness
All totes are cleaned and sanitized between rentals. Customer agrees to return totes in a reasonably clean condition. Totes returned with excessive soiling or contamination may incur a cleaning fee not to exceed $5.00 per tote.
3. Payment & Credit Card Authorization

Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required at booking and kept on file for the duration of the rental period. By booking, customer authorizes Totes on the Move, LLC to charge the card on file for: (a) the base rental fee, (b) any extension fees, (c) additional tote delivery fees, and (d) replacement fees for damaged, lost, stolen, or unreturned totes.
4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery & Pickup Access
Customer agrees to ensure someone is available or a suitable location is designated for both delivery and pickup. Totes on the Move is not responsible for theft or damage to totes left unattended at the customer's direction.

Service Area
Totes on the Move serves Fairhope, Daphne, Spanish Fort, Foley, and all of Baldwin County, Alabama. Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, and southern Baldwin County deliveries are subject to availability — please confirm before booking.
5. Liability & General Terms

Liability Waiver
Customer assumes full responsibility for the safe use of all totes and equipment during the rental period. Totes on the Move, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, property damage, or loss arising from the customer's use of the equipment. Customer agrees to use all equipment in a safe and lawful manner.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in Baldwin County, Alabama.

Modifications
Totes on the Move reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting at totesonthemoveal.com/rental-terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
